Please review our policies before placing your order. By placing an order with The Accessories Plug, you agree to the following terms.

🛍️ Ordering & Reservations

All customers must complete our Order Form and then message us via WhatsApp or Instagram to confirm their order.

Submitting an Order Form alone does not confirm your order or reserve your items.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model, product, color, size, and compatibility before confirming an order.

Items will be held for a maximum of 24 hours. After 24 hours, uncompleted orders will be released, and the items may be sold to another customer.

💵 Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.

For Cash on Delivery, please have your payment ready when your bearer arrives. Having the correct amount whenever possible is appreciated.

For Bank Transfer, you must send your payment receipt to us via WhatsApp or Instagram. Your order will not be considered paid or processed when the transfer is sent or when the receipt is submitted.

Your order will only be processed once the payment has been reflected in our bank account and verified.

🚚 Delivery

Orders confirmed by 11:00 AM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders confirmed after 11:00 AM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

For bank-transfer orders, the 11:00 AM cutoff is based on the time the payment reflects in our account, not the time the transfer or receipt was sent.

Same-day delivery is subject to product availability, location, and bearer availability.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Your Bearer

Every customer will receive the phone number of the bearer assigned to their delivery.

Please keep your phone available on the day of delivery, as your bearer will contact you when necessary.

If your bearer calls at the time of delivery and you do not answer or cannot be reached, your order will be cancelled.

If you still want the items after cancellation, you will need to contact us to place another order, subject to availability.

🔄 Exchanges & Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

An exchange will only be considered if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by The Accessories Plug.

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will exchange the item for the same product.

If the replacement item is out of stock or unavailable, a refund will be issued via bank transfer only.

Issues reported after 24 hours will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

🚫 Customer Selection & Product Compatibility

We do not provide exchanges or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect phone model or size

• Wrong color or style selected by the customer

• Incompatible products caused by incorrect selection

• Improper installation or use

• Accidental damage after delivery

• Normal wear and tear

Please verify your exact device model and compatibility before placing your order.

📦 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

An item appearing on our website does not guarantee that it will still be available when an order is confirmed. We will notify you if there is an availability issue with your order.

🎨 Product Appearance

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colors may vary slightly because of photography, lighting, screen settings, or minor manufacturing differences.

These minor variations are not considered defects.

🔒 Privacy

Information submitted through our Order Form is used to process your order, communicate with you, and arrange delivery.

Your name, telephone number, delivery location, and necessary delivery instructions may be shared with your assigned bearer solely for the purpose of completing your delivery.

Banking information provided for an approved refund will only be used to process that refund.
